Flex-Frame
Using the unique Adjustable Positioning System; service and maintenance can be performed in a complete 360º arc around the blade. By use of Gyro techniques the Flex-Frame will always be horizontally positioned. Tools and equipment are mounted on the Flex-Frame and personnel are protected by the wind- and waterproof gondola while they work. The Adjustable Positioning System makes it possible to adjust the distance between the blade and Flex-Frame in 4 directions. The Flex-Frame is adjustable for any type of wind turbine.

Dank dem einzigartigen verstellbarem Positioniersystem können Service- und Wartungsarbeiten nun in einem beschränkungsfreien 360º Kreis rund um das Rotorblatt durchgeführt werden. Durch die angewendete Gyrotechnik steht der Flex-Frame stets horizontal. Werkzeug und Ausrüstung sind auf dem Flex-Frame montiert, und das Personal ist bei der Arbeit durch die wind- und wasserdichte Gondel geschützt. Dank das verstellbarem Positioniersystem lässt sich die Distanz zwischen Rotorblatt und Flex-Frame in 4 Richtungen einstellen. Der Flex-Frame kann für alle Arten von Windturbinen eingestellt werden. |
